1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and applying to The Feminine Blueprint Experiment Summit (the "Summit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or submit an application.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

2. About The Feminine Blueprint

The Feminine Blueprint for Business is a international learning journey for leaders ready to understand and relearn the value of empathy, intuition, connection, and cyclical thinking in business. The Summit is a quarterly online gathering where participants engage in co-creation, experimentation, and collaborative learning.

Summit Details:

• Format: Online (Zoom or similar platform)
• Duration: 2 hours per session (14:00-16:00 UTC+1)
• Frequency: Quarterly summits
• Commitment: Active participation and 3-month implementation cycle

3. Application and Acceptance

By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify information and reject applications that contain false or misleading information.

Application Timeline:

• Notification Date: By January 31, 2026
• First Summit: February 19, 2026

Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We will notify selected participants via email. Acceptance is conditional upon your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Participant Commitments

By accepting an invitation to the Summit, you commit to:

• Active Participation: Attend all quarterly summit sessions and actively engage in discussions and co-creation activities
• Implementation: Experiment with and implement co-created tools and insights in your work over the 3-month cycle between summits
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal stories, challenges, and insights shared during the Summit
• Respectful Engagement: Treat all participants with respect, empathy, and professionalism
• Technical Requirements: Ensure you have reliable internet, a device with camera/audio, and a quiet space for participation
• Punctuality: Join sessions on time and remain present for the full duration

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All materials, frameworks, tools, and content created by The Feminine Blueprint (including presentations, workbooks, and methodologies) are our intellectual property. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial use during and after the Summit.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal stories, insights, or ideas you share during the Summit. By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized insights for improving our services and educational materials.

Recording: The Summit may be recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are confidential and used only internally.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Summit and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, personal growth, or results from participation. The Summit is educational and exploratory in nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Technical failures or interruptions in Summit delivery
• Actions or statements of other participants

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for participation (if any).

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Participant: If you need to withdraw from the Summit, notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Summit due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, force majeure, etc.). In such cases, we will notify participants and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Respect: Treat all participants with dignity and respect regardless of background, beliefs, or perspectives
• No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Professional Behavior: Maintain professional conduct during all Summit sessions
• No Commercial Solicitation: Do not use the Summit to promote products, services, or business opportunities without explicit permission
• Confidentiality: Do not share other participants' personal information or stories outside the group

Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the Summit without refund.

9. Website Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or automate data collection from our website
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
