About The Project

Rethinking How We Work, Lead, and Build

The Feminine Blueprint for Business is an international experiment, learning journey, and co-creation space dedicated to designing the future of organisations.

Something Is No Longer Adding Up

Across industries and roles, capable, ambitious professionals are exhausted, disconnected, and quietly questioning the systems they are part of. Organisations struggle to balance performance with wellbeing, growth with meaning, and speed with sustainability. And while technology accelerates, the human operating system is falling behind.

The Feminine Blueprint starts from a simple, yet radical premise:

Modern business is missing a foundational layer.

Not a trend. Not a leadership style. But a set of deeply human capacities that have been undervalued, underutilised, or systemically excluded for decades.

Beyond the Old Blueprint

Business as we know it has largely been designed around linear growth, control, efficiency, and predictability. These principles have brought progress - but they've also created imbalance.

The Feminine Blueprint does not reject what has worked. It questions what no longer does, and looks for the tools to rebalance.

It explores qualities such as intuition, empathy, cyclicality, care, relational intelligence, creativity, embodiment, holistic awareness, and connection. Not as "soft skills," but as strategic capacities with real impact on leadership, decision-making, innovation, culture, and long-term value creation - yes, even sales numbers!

Qualities often dismissed as intangible and difficult to measure. Yet increasingly demanded by complexity, uncertainty, and the next generation of people and work.

Ida Moldrup

Founder of The Feminine Blueprint for Business

Ida is on a mission to redesign how we lead and build organizations, not by replacing the masculine with the feminine, but by integrating what's been systematically missing: intuition, emotional intelligence, cyclical thinking, relational leadership, and regenerative approaches.

Through The Feminine Blueprint, she's creating a living laboratory where leaders don't just theorize about change—they experiment with it in real time. This work bridges strategic rigor with human-centered leadership, helping organizations rebalance performance with humanity, ambition with sustainability, and growth with meaning.

With 13+ years leading commercial operations across international markets—including P&L responsibility as Country Sales Director at Active Brands and CCO at YUM APS—Ida brings both business acumen and deep systems thinking to this work. She's a certified life and business coach who has volunteered with women's organizations including Girltalk.dk and Blossom-Project.

What This Project Is (and Is Not)

This is not about gender. It is not political ideology. And it is not about replacing the masculine with the feminine.

The Feminine Blueprint is about rebalancing.

It is about understanding the feminine as a missing part of the organisational operating system, and learning how to integrate it consciously, practically, and responsibly into the core of business:

How we lead

How we make decisions

How we structure work

How we collaborate

How we develop our products

How we grow

Across roles, hierarchies, industries, and genders.

An Experiment in Real Time

The Feminine Blueprint is in its launch phase intentionally designed as an experiment.

A space to question inherited assumptions and to test new frameworks. A space to bridge philosophy, biology, leadership, organisational culture, and human development.

To move beyond theory and into application.

Not only at the level of individual leadership, but at the level of systems, structures, and strategies.

Because the future of work will not be built by optimisation alone, but by organisations capable of integrating performance and humanity.

Why Now

We are at a turning point.

Younger generations expect meaning, emotional literacy, and sustainability at work. Leaders are navigating unprecedented complexity. Organisations are becoming more technological and urgently need to become more human at the same time.

The old blueprint was built for a different era.

The Feminine Blueprint exists to help design what comes next.

Not perfectly and most likely not without risk, but with courage, curiosity, and a deep belief that we can do better.
